Services
There is no tax applied since counselling from a Registered Social Worker is GST and PST exempt. You can claim your RSW services receipt on your income tax return. Social Workers are recognized as medical practitioners under the Income Tax Act (Canada Revenue). My fees and services are consistent across all provinces.
Many of my services are covered by insurance providers, making it easier for you to access the mental health support you need. After each session, you will receive a detailed receipt for reimbursement through your insurance company. I recommend checking with your provider to confirm the specifics of your mental health coverage, but I’m here to assist you with any questions about the process.
In addition, I offer a sliding scale fee for those who may need more flexible payment options, ensuring that therapy remains accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances. Whether you're seeking trauma therapy, stress management, or anxiety counselling, I’m committed to making mental health services affordable and accessible. Your well-being is my priority, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
